Orange Roughy

Uses in Cooking: Most often served baked or grilled. Can also be fried, broiled, or blackened.

Description: This bright white meat has huge flakes and a firm meaty texture. The flavor is pronounced and similar to much more oily fish.

Fun Facts: Orange Roughy belong to a family of fish called slimeheads, named for slime canals distributed all over their very large heads.
