Description: The meat of this fish is outstanding and can pass for red snapper. It is firm, white, with large flakes. It has a mild, but savory flavor that is very pleasing and chewy fiber to the meat that gives it a nice bite.

Fun Facts: This is one of the few fish that prey upon the invasive and venomous lionfish.
